Do you think punk is dead?
And what's your opinion on mohawks? :)
I think as long as people keep on loving punk and appreciating its value, it’ll never die out. I know a lot of people believe that there aren’t currently any “good” punk bands around these days, but punk isn’t always necessarily what music you listen to, it can be expressed through many different platforms. How about the recent student protests in England? Some could say that was an expression of “punk”. Or even people standing up to their governments, as seen recently in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.
As for mohawks, I think some people believe they will be perceived as “punk” if they have one, yet I firmly believe punk isn’t expressed through your appearance. But hey, if you like them, why not get one!
